3. How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on your return package.

- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and contact us for assistance. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchange item, you will be charged or refunded the difference as applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will only be issued for the item price, excluding any shipping fees.

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Refund Processing Time
